Srishti Arya's new untitled show on Colors may have to push its launch ahead by few days. The show is supposed to launch with two more shows for the afternoon slot.
A source from the show says, "We have just started shooting but there are yet a few more significant characters like the daughter of the family and the main lead's mother that are yet to be finalised. At this point of time we are just shooting a few scenes which are not with the entire family, however for the opening scene we will require all the characters. February 15 is the tentative date the channel gave us for the launch but we doubt if we can start that day."
The other shows B.A.G Films' Ganga and Aise Karo Na Vida are ready with their bank of episodes and the promos too have been on air for more than a month now. "What we came to know from the channel is that we will get a time slot this week itself. It will be flashed in the new promos soon. But February 15 is still not the final launch date," says Nilanjana Purkyestha from B.A.G.
"The channel has been waiting for the third show to start with the promos, to create enough publicity for the show. But since that is looking difficult, may be the launch of our show Aise Karo Na Vida may be pushed further. We have been hearing that the channel wants to start their shows soon before IPL (Indian Premier League) gets underway next month. So far we are clueless about the time and date,"a source from the show informs.
