Yes, I do feel that, because this is not just a holiday or celebration, one should understand that it is winning of good or evil. Be good to yourself and others. Now a days Diwali has become more materialistic.

There are more marketing strategy these days, that is why people have forgot the real essence of diwali. Its basically positive winning over negative.

Suraj Berry my son. He is all set for his journey in Bollywood and I know he will shine bright and rule.

Yes I think that. We do lakshmi pujan while it is believed that Lord Rama returned to his house after vanvas and that's why the whole village was lit up with diya's. Well it's just that for our younger generation we need to put the message in an entertaining manner so that they also understand.


What is the ideal way to Celebrate this Festival of Lights?

The ideal way to celebrate this festival is that one should go to the people who cant afford to celebrate this occasion. There are so many people who have problems like money and food, so it's a best way to help them out.

What is your Message on this Diwali?

Not to worry about the market and whatever is going on in the industry (strike). Believe that after the dark night there will be light in our lives, so be happy and enjoy this festival with your near and dear ones.


Which actor do you think will shine or rule this year?

I think all the star cast of Balika Vadhu, Avika Gor, Bhairavi Raichura and others are doing a fabulous job and they will shine and rule this year.


Are we forgetting the real essence of Diwali ?

I don't think so. I feel we are getting back to the old essence as now people have started celebrating it with less of fireworks and spreading more love and affection. People have held back their expense this year so I think we all are going to have a great festival.


What is the ideal way to Celebrate this Festival of Light?

It is to be with friends and family. Beside that lets all come together and thank God by performing the lakshmi pujan and pray that whatever happens it will be for our good.
