Rishi Gautam, Ahilya along with other rishis & Tryambakwasis are doing aavahan of Shivji, chanting " Om Namah Shivay". Shivji appears. Ahilya is greatful that Shivji has heard their prayer. Rishi Gautam is greatful too because now he is free from the blame. Shivji says at this place my Jyotirling will appear & will be known as Tryambakeshwar. I'll bless everyone. The very first stream of Ganga will do it's abhishek, then will stay here, will be known as Godavari.
From Shivji's forehead, a bright Jyoti comes out, moves towards the river bank & appears as a Shivling there. From the mountains, Ganga'S stream falls on it, doing the abhishek of that Shivling. Among the BG of

Sada vasantam hadayarvinde Bhavam Bhavani sahitam namami" II
& the "Har Har Mahadev ", chants by everyone present, the appearance of Tryambakeshwar jyotirling takes place. The current temple is shown & the Ganga flowing as Godavari & Gautami is shown.
In Swarga, Tarakasur along with his guests Shumbh, Nishumbh, Raktabeej IS enjoying Apsara's dance with a drink. Chakri comes with an information. Tarakasur stops the dance. Chakri says Paravti is living with fishermen. Tarakasur says it's a good chance now. Shumbh reminds him of the promise he has made af not letting Shivji- Paravti meet. Raktabeej suggests, they should kill Paravti now only. BUt Shumbh says let her become an adult, then he will marry her.
At Kailash Shivji is meditating, he sends vibrations, which reaches Matsya, who is sleeping with her mother. Those vibration wakes her up, she is inspired to continue her concentration practice. She comes out of the house, picks up the fishing net, is sitting in a boat, doing jaap of " Shivoham" with closed eyes. She opens her eyes, seeing some fish in the water, throws the fishing net in the water. After some time, starts pulling the net……… next we see a grown up Matsya, pulling the net, she has managed to catch lots of fish. Sukarma along with other fisherman comes looking for her, he is surprised seeing the catch. He asks her did you catch all of them? Matsya says as taught by you, with concentration anything is possible, I am able to do this. Sukarma praises her saying there is no match for her in concentration in this world. By doing jaap of "Shivoham", you have become Shiv yourself.
At Kailash, meditating Shivji has a smile on his face. He opens his eyes, Nandi & Ganas are present there. He informs them, now their mata will be back soon at Kailash, then she will take care of them. They all are happy, hearing this news.
Outside his house, Sukarma is sitting with other fishermen. Matsya & Medhavati are present too. One of them tells Sukaram, now it is time to find a suitable match for Matsya. Sukarma feels sad, realizing Matsya will have to get married. He says the most mature fisherman will marry Matsya. Nandi who is ptesent disguised as the old man, is disturbed hearing this. Matsya feels shy hearing about her marriage.
At Ksheersagar, worried Indra along with other Devas & Naradji, asks Vishnuji about this latest problem. Naradji says the problem is Matsya doesn't remember she is Shivj's wife. Vishnuji says it is not their's but Shivji's problem as Paravti is Shivji's wife. The solution is probably in his Bhola nature.
At Kailash, Nandi asks Shivji how is it possible fulfil this condition? Shivji with a happy smile says only I'll be that fisherman. I have taken various forms to get Paravti, now there will be one more. He asks Nandi will he help him in this mission. Nandi is ready to give his life for their union. Shivji blesses him & tells him the plan.
Nandi takes form of a Shark in the water. Some fishermen seeing him trys to catch, but find their fishing net cut, their efforts fail, are scared, jump in the water to save their lives.
Precap: Sukarma is informed about the Shark. He announces the one catching that fish will marry Matsya. Shivji disguised as a fisherman comes there.
