Cinevistaas’ Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hain on Star Plus deals with the fight of the protagonist Maanvi (Niaa Sharma) against cancer. The production house we hear, is leaving no stone unturned in portraying realisitic situations that will keep the viewers gripped to this emotional tale.

It’s been reported that Niaa Sharma in the coming episodes will wear a bandana on her head, with which Maanvi will be covering her head after the girl loses her hair after going through a chemotherapy session.

now gives you more exclusive dope that Kushal Tandon will soon be going bald for real… Yes, you heard it right!! Kushal will be shaving off his head as the plot demands for that. He will have a David Beckham kind of look from now on.

As per the plot, Maanvi loses her hair and is very upset about it and does not want anyone to see her in this state. So Virat in order to support her will shave his hair off standing right before Maanvi… For a few episodes, Niaa too will be seen wearing a prosthetic in order to show a bald appearance. Later on, she will be using a bandana or scarf to cover her head.
