<p>Starts with Shekhar telling Madhav that the baby has not grown as much as it should and its too weak to bear the pregnancy and the problems could increase. He says that he will look at the blood reports of Aaru and then tell him what the risk factor is. He asks him not to tell anyone till then.</p>
<p>Madhav at home and Bharti asks what the problem is, he decides not to tell her. Madhav goes to see Aaru, she is fast asleep. She wakes up at his touch and says she wants a private chopper or a magic wand. She wants gol gappe. He agrees to take her.</p>
<p>Madhav calls out to her and she comes to see that he has brought the gol gappe waala home. She is very happy and starts eating. She makes him eat as well and the entire family joins in. Madhav looks at her feeding and being fed by everyone and is happy.</p>
<p>Night. Madhav calls Shekhar and asks about them. Bharti picks up an extension to make a call. Shekhar says there are complications and they have to care of Aaru .. if not she could miscarry. Bharti hears it as well. Madhav pleads with Shekhar to do something, but Shekhar says that the risk factor is very high and she has to be taken care off a lot. </p>
<p>Bharti comes and says she heard everything. Madhav said he was waiting for the final report. She says everything will be fine and they will looks after Aaru so well that nothing will go wrong and she will give birth to a healthy baby. She says they need to keep Aaru happy so she shouldn’t be told. Madhav is worried that something will happen to Aaru. Bharti says that the girl who has given her son so much happiness, nothing can happen to her.</p>
<p>At Shekhar’s house, he is telling Aradhya that if his mom was alive she would look after her, but neither of their mothers are alive. Shekhar says that she is alone during the day and he feels helpless. Aradhya that he is a doctor and nothing can happen to his patient. He is everything to her. He asks her to promise she will never leave him. She does so.</p>
<p>Aaru is looking at her reflection and feeling her stomach with a smile. Madhav comes and she says when will it show. He takes a book out and gives it to her and says all her questions will be answered. She refuses to read so he says he will read and tell her everything. Aaru wants it to be his photocopy. She asks him to call Shekhar and ask about the test results. Madhav says that he spoke to Shekhar. Everything is fine. She says she wants to see the baby’s pictures. </p>
<p>Morning at the hospital.. Aradhya is talking to the baby when Maya come in. She tells that Shekhar is not there as he had to deal with an emergency. Madhav wants to leave and Aaru wants to wait. Aradhya gives her the report and Madhav is concerned. Aaru opens it and is looking through it with a confused look.</p>
<p>Madhav grabs it and says Shekhar will have to explain. Aaru agrees. She leaves to go to the washroom. Madhav says that Aaru should not be stressed that’s why he has not told her anything. He asks Aradhya to not say anything to Aaru. Aradhya says ok and says that as long he is with Aaru nothing will happen to her. Aaru comes and says what happened to me?</p>

Aaradhya and madhav reach hospital and are conversing to each other. Aaru is angry upon madhav as he is narrating stories to their kid from now. Aaru funnily taunts him that if their kid keeps hearing stories even b4 his birth then he will become a book worm whereas she wants him to become a football player. Other side shekhar is playing with a football in his cabin and Aaradhya says that she feels that instead of being a doctor, he should have become a football player. Madhav says how come football player and aaru is adamant. He says that he wants their child to be intelligent like him and aaru as that she wants the baby to be stylish and cool like her. They enter the cabin and both the couple greet each other and finally shekhar takes maya for sonography. After its done, he tells maya to wait outside and leaves. Aaru starts praising shekhar’s attire and personality which doesn’t suit his profession. Madhav gets jealous and aaru notices it. She asks him abt the same but he denies. Aaru asks sweetly that if she loves their baby more than him, will he be jealous the same way? Madhav says no and both laugh. He says that it’s their baby but shekhar cannot be brought in between.

Shekhar asks the other doctor if the reports are true and he nods. He tells him to do the tests again and bring the reports. Aaradhya asks what’s wrong with aaru’s report and he says he hopes everything is fine. Maya are chatting various things when shekhar arrives and tells them that the reports will delay for 3 days as the machine isn’t working. Maya are worried initially but shekhar lightens the mood by telling aaru to gain weight for the sake of the baby. He gives tips to madhav on how to praise a fat wife. Finally Maya leave while shekhar is worried. Aaradhya comes and asks shekhar what’s wrong. He says if everything isn’t fine then aaru has to face a lot of complications in her pregnancy. Maya reach home and aaru is sad as she desired to see the moments of her baby. Madhav tries to pacify her that she should have patience. He in turn tells that he is ready to do anything to lighten her mood. Aaru takes the chance and tells madhav to do something for her that will leave her completely shocked and unexpected. Madhav is confused while aaru says that if he succeeds she is ready to do anything. Just then bharti comes and asks abt the reports. They tell abt it being delayed and then madhav excuses himself from them and leaves. Bharti asks aaru what’s wrong and aaru is confused as well.

Its late at night and dinner is served. Aaru is making the woolen dress along with dadi. Dadi asks Prerna if the dish she had specially asked to make for aaru is ready. Prerna says its ready and jus then bharti comes and expresses her concern of notgetting any news from madhav. She asks aaru abt him but she says that after he had left home he didn’t call. Dadi asks Prerna if Rahul knows anything abt madhav. She replies that Rahul is also with madhav and she has no idea what botha re upto. Just then the door bell rings and aaru excitedly rushes to open it. However, dadi tells her to slow down and she slowly goes to the door. As she opens the door, she finds Rahul. She asks him where madhav is and just then madhav comes from behind of Rahul. Everyone including aaru are stunned to see a completely “new avatar” of madhav. He is in blue jeans and white shirt properly tucked inside the jeans and his hair jelled behind. He looks more handsome and smart. Aaru is awed by his appearance but acts like she is angry. Madhav is sad to see her face. However, all others are happy and appreciate his change. Bharti asks why he thought of changing his looks. Madhav looks at aaru and then indirectly tells that with changing time and new chapters adding to his life, he thought of giving new shades and looks to his life.

All move to have dinner. After dinner, madhav reaches room and wonders why aaru didn’t say anything and is sad that all he did went in vein as aaru didn’t like it. He thinks of a plan to call aaru to the room. Despite fo having his clothes on the bed, he calls aaru telling that he cannot find them. As aaru comes, she sees them and scolds madhav for calling her for no reason. Madhav asks if she didn’t like his new look. Aaru asks what new look? Madhav is like and aaru says it’s the same face, eyes and nose then what change? Madhav turns back, sad and aaru moves to him and says that for her, whether he changed his appearance or not, he is the same and she loves him. She says that she loves him “dil ki nazar se” not by his looks. However, she adds that as he did all this for her, she and their baby has loved this new change. Madhav smiles and maya share a cute hug. It’s shekhar’s house and Aaradhya is running from shekhar as she doesn’t want to eat the tablet. Shekhar pleads her to have it as its good for the baby. She doesn’t agree and just then he becomes serious nd tells that he doesn’t want their baby to face any complications like aaru’s baby might have. Aaradhya takes the tablet and eats it while she advises him to inform madhav abt the complication. Shekhar tells that he should be sure but he discloses anything. Aaradhya tells him to at least give madhav a hint coze later when they find the reports are the same then it would be a bigger shock for maya. Shekhar agrees and decides to call madhav the following day.

Its morning and madhav is getting ready to go to office. Aaru gives him towel and then goes to get tea for him. In the meantime, madhav decides to call shekhar and ask ask abt the reports. As madhav calls, shekhar tells that the reports will come in the evening and he had actually lied to him abt the machine being at repair. Madhav is worried but shekhar asks him to just come and meet him once b4 they get the report. He adds not to bring aaru with him. Madhav agrees and decides to go then itself. Aaru comes back with tea but madhav leaves telling that an urgent client called and he would have tea later. The screen freezes on a cheerful aaru who took a sip of tea which she had brought for madhav.

Precap:
Shekhar tells madhav that the baby hasn’t grown as to how much he should grow at the 3rd stage of pregnancy. He adds that it’s coze aaru’s body is so weak that she cannot hold the baby. Madhav is shocked. Later, shekhar calls madhav and tells that if this is the case then aaru might face a miscarriage. Bharti hears this at the other line of the call. She is shocked.

Rohit Khurana is seen in Dil Ki Nazar Se KhoobSurat on Sony TV playing RJ Ehsaas and Madhav and desperately in love with beautiful girl Aaradhya (Soumya Seth) who loves Ehsaas's voice but not his personality as a whole. However, its been said that the show will come to end by July and the character of RJ Ehsaas will have to die in the show.

We asked Rohit Khurana what does he have to say about it.

Opines Rohit, "I know my character Ehasaas is set to die in the show; I don't really understand why was it required for me to die in the show. There are rumours of the show going off-air but nothing has been intimated to me. As for Ehsaas dying it will bring a rise in the TRPs or a major twist which will boost interest among the viewers. But I still don't know how can Ehsaas's death keep the show going on as fans have been trending that they love my charcater a lot."

Furthermore he went on to say, "It's a channel's call hence I can't help but die in the show, and I guess it all happened in Uttaran after the death of my character Vansh after which the show saw a massive growth in the TRP with 8.4. I hope it goes well for Khoobsurat as well. However, I still feel that Madhav was the beautiful man at heart who truly loved Aaradhya. The message that was portrayed in the show is commendable. I loved the character and lots of my fans actually appreciated me for the same as well."

"Talking about my death I would say, henceforth I will not take up any show that will forecast my death.(Laughs) I will put a clause in my contract that I will not die."

Dadi, Menka and prerna are worried for aaru and stay beside the washroom door. Dadi asks whts wrong and aaru comes out telling she is fine. She tells that she isn’t feeling well since last 10 to 15 days after which dadi and menka understand the reason.Prerna is confused when dadi tells something in her ears. She goes outside while aaru asks what happened. Madhav rushes in asking abt aaru.s health and tells he will call doctor but dadi refuses. Just then bharti n prerna enter and they all send madhav away from the room. They ask aaru to go in and check if the pregnancy test is negative or positive…aaru is hesitant but finally agrees. She comes back announcing that the test is positive. Prerna goes out and announces the good news to everyone. Madhav rushes to the room and dadi,bharti and menka congratulate him and leave mata alone. Madhav hurries to aaru and asks if the news is true. Aaru shyly tells that the test sats so but they need to confirm from doctor. Madhav announces that they will go the next day itself.

Its next day and maya r in hospital for the test. They happen to come across aaradhya there and they are glad. She tells that she had also come for pregnancy test. Maya are called jn. They get another surprise in the form of shekhar as he is the gyneacologist they had to consult. Shekhar is glad to know that they have come for the tests. He even mentions that aaradhya(shekhar’s wife) had been trying to conceive since 3 years but failed and today also she was here for the same. He tells aaru to give her blood samples via syringe and aaru tells how scared she is of it. Madhav tries to pacify her for the injection but she fights with him. Finally shekhar tells aaru that he will heck her without injection and aaru is very happy. He asks her various things abt her likes/dislikes and amid this he takes aaru’s blood samples . Madhav n aaru compliments shekhar for being such a good doctor. Shekhar asks them to wait for the relorts outside. They have a good chat with aaradhya abt her profession and all when the reports come. They get it and as aaradhya sees and goes to the cabin while maya are halpy to find the report positive. Just then shekhar n aaradhyacome and tell that the reports were exchanged and maya r sad. Shekhar smiles n informs that bith reports are positive. They express their gladness to meet maya as they got their goid news after meeting them. Both couple say goodbye n leave.

Days pass and on one fine morning, aaru gets up not to find madhav beside. She is worried but sees a letter. She reads and she finds an arrow outside. As see reads each letter, she finds more arrows which leads to a room. As she opens it, she is stunned to see the room decorated completely with toys for the coming baby. Madhav, rahul, prerna and pallo are busy arranging things while aaru enjoys the scenario. They start arguing over the paint of the room. Prerna says to choose pink as its a girl. Pallo and rahul says it would be a baby boy and blue is better.

Aaru interrupts asking if its twins with a boy and girl then what would they do. Everyone bring her in and pallo says that in that case the room should be painted in blue and pink both. Aaru laughingly asks whose diea it was. Pallo points at madhav and madhav is shy while aaru is happy. The song “kya kehna” is played where the family is rejoicing the moments to welcome the child. Bharti’s approach to aaru is changed and she keeps helping aaru while climbing stares and then dadi teaches her to make wollen clothes and then madhav tries to make it when dadi and aaru are away. Menka witnesses all this and is happy to see aaru happy. (all this above said seqs happened along with the song sequence and also a few days passing also shown). One night, aaru gets up to drink water but find the jar enmpty. As she gets up to take water from kitchen, madhav wakes up and asks the the reason. She tells abt getting water, when he scolds her for not asking himHe takes the jug from her and goes to get the water.

Its the next morning and madhav decides to accompany aaru for her check-up as she has her sonography today. As they are leaving, they hear bharti and dadi arguring voer the diet aaru shoudl follow. Dadi says aaru should ahve more fat as that will help her deliver a healthy and strong baby. Bharti disagrees and tells she should have more food with caciym and iron as that’s good for the bones of the baby. Aaru goes up to them and tells that she will become fat if she eats all this. She adds that she is jsut one while they are two. Dadi corrects her that now she isnt one but she had her baby too. Aaru blushes and bharti also tells her to follow the diet dadi prefers for her as she is more experienced. Aaru agrees.

Tragedy mein comedy

Conversation between MaYa and the new couple : Shekhar n his wife Aradhya. Shekhar introduces himself and his wife. Madhav introduces himself and his wife (he puts his hands around her shoulder)
Aradhya apologizes for using “indecent” words for Shekhar. Shekhar reiterates those words -
kidnapper, rapist etc etc he then laughs it off. He asks them if they are on their honeymoon. A blushing Madhav says Yes. Shekhar congratulates them for their 1st honeymoon and informs them about his 2nd honeymoon saying its been 3 yrs to their marriage so they planned a 2nd honeymoon away from the busy life.

Aradhya then inquires him about the “gunmen”. he then clarifies saying that those people are his office friends. he says he had already booked the room for their wedding anniversary but his wife was not able to leave her work so he planned to kidnap her. however the entire plan went haywire as those people kidnapped “madhav ki aradhya” and his own aradhya too came without informing him.

shekhar then notices the lehanga worn by Aradhya. with a bit of hesitation he tells “Madhav ki Aradhya” that the lehanga was for his wife. Aradhya gets a bit embarassed. she says she change and give it to her. Shekhar and his wife then insists MaYa on using their room as a gift for their 1st honeymoon. they leave.

so shekhar turns out to be very filmy in his approach

MaYa walking holding hands. Madhav says he is sure Shekhar must have thought of another filmy surprise for his wife. Aradhya — typical wife comes into action — demands a similar filmy act from Madhav. she says she wants him to do something filmy for her, something she never expected.

They stand by the pool. Madhav holding her hand and she leaning against his shoulder. Madhav then tells her how he felt when he first saw her, how he thought of ways to impress her but was always scared to so he always withdrew himself. *flashbacks of the past meetings are shown)

Poolside Romance —- “Love is NOT about Romeo and Juliet who died together but Grandpa and Grandmother who lived together for each other”

Madhav adds on saying he could never tell her how much he loved her but would dream of her always…would see her in his dreams always. Aradhya gets witty and naughty. she asks him about “type” of dreams he used to see.

He then points out an old couple enjoying sweet moments with each other. Aru finds them really cute. Madhav says this is what he has always dreamt of — growing old with her enjoying the journey of growing old with her — when they will loose their hair, teeth, would barely be able to walk, he would use stick to walk and in turn become her support, and then go on a long world tour when their children and grandchildren are settled.

Aradhya founds it ultra romantic. she cuddles him even more. she then says why wait for so long for a world tour why cant they go now. he jokingly says world is such a big place and he’s afraid of loosing her. when they get old she l have to hold his hand always and will never leave her. Aradhya romantically asks him if he intends to held her hand forever

Madhav does it once again…he takes her heart once again with his words. he says:

“meri saansien chahe hi mera saath chod de
magar main tumhara saath kabhi nai chodonga
main tumhara ehsaas hun
aur tum meri zindagi”

“yeh zindagi kuch bachi kuchi saanson ki tarah hai
jitni bhi milti hain kum lagati hai”

Aradhya pulls his ears tightly threatening him of not repeating such words again. she then says they have a long “zindagi”, a long way to go, they have to grow old with each other.

And the Rain gives a beautiful ending to the day

it starts pouring. Aradhya is about run but Madhav stops her by holding her hand. he pulls her close to her. he comes closer to her. Aradhya suddenly turns away. he again helds her n comes face to face with her. Aradhya closes her eyes as he helds her. he then takes her name. she opens her eyes only to see him making her wear a ring.he kisses her on the hand he then holds her in his lap n takes her to the room.

Aradhya is shying away. madhav kisses her on her hand and says he loves her. she says she loves him too. they come closer and consummate.

3 Months Leap:

Aradhya is eagerly waiting for everyone to gather early in the morning to celebrate madhav’s b’day before he leaves for work. she is waiting for parents too. Rahul and Prerna are now married.

Aru’s mom and dad come. Madhav too comes. they wish him n he takes their blessings. he then touches his parents feet n take their blessing. Madhav cuts the cake. he’s about to give the first piece to Aradhya but she stops him indicating his parents has the right on the first piece. Madhav understands.

dadi then tells all of them to come for breakfast.

Aradhya feels like vomiting. she runs to her room. madhav is about to follow her. but dadi stops him saying she l go.

Precap: Dadi, Aru’s mom, Prerna all are waiting for Aradhya. she confirms the news of her pregnancy. Prerna runs to inform everyone. a tensed madhav inquires about Aradhya’s health. Prerna tells him about the “good news”. Madhav is highly elated.

Starts with Prerna remember Rahul’s words. She is surprised to hear him start singing and he comes over and she joins him. Rahul apologizes. Maya and Rana along with all the family members dance and sing.

Madhav thanks her for helping Prerna again. Aradhya warns him against saying thanks. Nice conversation between the two. Aradhya promises no one else will ever come in between them.

Party over, guests leave and also Aradhya’s parents. Dadi tells Aradhya to pack up and leave – for a honeymoon.

Some goons talking between themselves saying that Aradhya is leaving with her husband, they have to get her before that.

Morning – Madhav wakes up and calls Aradhya. Aradhya is in the market getting some stuff. Madhav saying that he will going to the office and he will meet her at the hotel. As they are talking, the goons arrive there and spot her because some friends call out to her. They call their boss and then stop her with guns.

At the radio station, Rahul tells Madhav to leave because he is late. And gives him love advice .

Aradhya is blindfolded and taken to a room. The goons leave.. she is wondering what’s going on. She opens her eyes to see a room decorated for SR, flowers and a gift – a lehnga. Its the same hotel where they were coming for their honeymoon. She thinks this is Madhav’s idea and now she will surprise him.

Madhav trying to call Aradhya but her phone is switched off. He wonders if she has reached the hotel. He calls the hotel and asks whether she reached there. He thinks she wants to surprise him and smiles at the little gift he has bought her.

Aradhya dressed as a bride all eager for him to arrive. Madhav arrives and gets the keys to his room. Aradhya sitting on the bed with ghunghat covering her face. Someone asks how was the gift? She wonders why he has changed his voice. She asks why he brought her here like this and the person says to see her love. The guy lifts her ghunghat and its someone else.

Madhav arrives at his room and sees a nighty on the bed. Someone from the bathroom asks for her gown. He wonders why she has changed her voice. He hands it over. The woman asks for her gift, Madhav wonders how she knew.

In the other room, Aradhya screams at the other guy and holds up a knife. The same way she attacked Madhav after their wedding She flees from the room.

In Madhav’s room, the woman screams and flees into the bathroom. Aradhya running throughout the hotel screaming. Madhav also comes out and they run into each other. The other guy tries to explain and the other woman also comes out and accuses Madhav. The confusion extends.. and then they all realize that both women are called Aradhya. The manager comes and says that their surname is also the same. The other man’s name is Shekhar. Aradhya says this has turned into a comedy.

After the entry of Mitali Nag and Preeti Amin in the TV show "Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat", actor Sachin Shroff is the new actor to join the cast. He will be seen as a doctor in the show and says his character will bring a major twist in the show.

"I play a doctor (in the show) and a major twist is yet to come in the show because of my character," Sachin said here Tuesday on the set of the show.

The makers of "Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat" have planned an interesting twist that will lead to a confusion between his character and Madhav, played by Rohit Khurana.

Madhav and Aaradhya played by Soumya Seth go on honeymoon and Shekhar and his wife also land up in the same hotel.

"The confusion is that she (Aradhya) and my wife have the same name and because of the manager's confusion, we both husbands enter into each other's room. He (Madhav) goes to my room and I come into his room," said Sachin, who has done shows like "Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka", "Banoo Main Teri Dulhann", "Saat Phere" and "Shagun".

Reportedly, the show is also planning to take a three months' leap, wherein Madhav's character will be killed.

"Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat" went on air this year in February.

The episode begins with Prerna and Pallavi making preparations. Rahul comes, looks at Prerna and ignores her and walks away. Prerna notices this, tries to make conversation with Rahul but Rahul tells her off. He tells her to do whatever she wants as she is more intelligent than him. Aradhya and Bharti both observe this. Just then Madhav enters, and Pallavi , Rahul and Prerna switch their attention to them. Rahul tells them all preparations are done and asks them to get ready.

Aradhya is in her room. She is thinking of her family being unhappy with her decision to stay with Madhav. Madhav comes in and shows her the suit and sari Dadi gave for Madhav and Aradhya respectively. Aradhya is lost in thoughts, Madhav asks her what’s wrong. She says how can they be happy together if their parents are unhappy with this relationship. Madhav tells her they worry because they care, once they realize they are happy together they will be happy. Aradhya makes him promise that her parents will come to the party.
The scene then begins with Brij telling Bharti to stop her stubbornness

Bharti then tells Brij why it is her children who have to suffer. She told him she warned him Prerna should not join work. Bharti then says if Prerna and Rahul have so much problems now, what will happen later? And about Madhav, she doesn’t think Aradhya is right for him.

Aradhya knocks on the door. She tells her that she genuinely loves Madhav and wants Bharti to accept her. She touches Bharti’s feet, and she gives her ashirwaad. Then Aradhya hugs Bharti.
Then the scene shifts to Aradhya and Madhav. Aradhya wears a sari and Madhav is amazed, because she looks so good. Both of them compliment each other. Aradhya gets ready, they exchange eye locks and a background music plays.

Pallavi interrupts the moment and asks them to come downstairs.
They go downstairs. Everyone is happy to see them. Prerna and Rahul come together, but Aradhya can sense the tension. Menka and Lalit come to the party. Aradhya is happy to see them . There is tension between the families but they say they will have to bow down in front of their wish.

Pallavi announces that this party is celebrated for Aradhya and Madhav’s happy married life. So they cut the cake. Then everyone forces Madhav to sing.

Madhav sings, Aradhya and Madhav share a few romantic moments. Prerna tries putting a hand on Rahul’s hand but he moves it away. Aradhya notices this, and goes to Rahul.
She tells Rahul, that she didn’t expect this from Rahul who was the same person who understood Prerna’s true love. But, Rahul tells her that Prerna is always trying to make him look inferior. Aradhya tells him , he will understand Prerna’s love once he puts his ego aside.

Precap : Dadi tells Aradhya to pack her bags. Everyone looks confused..
