Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches!
6 - chicken breasts, boneless
12 - slices sandwich bread
2-3 - tomatoes, cut into thick slices
- - lettuce leaves, crisp
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Prepare Tandori Chicken with 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves. Chicken can be prepared up to 3-4 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
Slice chicken breasts into thin slices, 1 inch long. Lightly toast the sandwich bread.
Spread 1 side of each piece of bread generously with mayonnaise. Place slices of 1 breast on each of 6 bread slices.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Mint Chutney on the chicken slices of each bread slice. Place tomato slices and lettuce atop of chicken slices.
Top with remaining bread slices. Cut chicken sandwiches in half. Serve sandwiches at room temperature.
