MTV To Launch ‘Girls Night Out… Phategi’ On September 24

September 21, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): MTV is coming up with yet another thrilling reality show titled ‘MTV Girls Night Out…Phategi’ from September 24 at 7pm. It is for the daring people who do not have a weak heart so don’t tune to the show until you have made yourself strong from within.

The daredevil VJ Rannvijay will host the show in which 3 gorgeous girls will be taken to a haunted location every week and they will be left there all alone to pass the entire night to face the unknown.

This spine-tingling reality show will start airing from this Friday only on MTV at 7pm. The show is a 13 part series, which will showcase the daring girls experiencing the paranormal to prove the existence of supernaturals.

The performances of these girls will be assessed and one of them will be declared as fearless of them all. This lucky girl will be awarded with Rs. 5 lakhs award money. To win this money, she needs to undergo this horrifying ride all alone without a phone, any crew members and with no connection with the outside world.

The paranormal investigators along with Rannvijay will provide the gruesome history of the haunted place to these girls so that they remain prepared for what they are going to face. Then, the girls will be left alone in that haunted place to face the worst of challenges.

Aditya Swamy, Channel Head-MTV India, was quoted saying that he does not believe in the paranormal personally but he wants to believe it by seeing. The show has taken a scientific approach and the investigations will be conducted with the support of modern equipments like EMF Readers IR Thermometers, K2 Meters, Night Vision HD cameras and different software to analyze the haunted locations.
