unable to view Serials of SAB TV

I was watching Tarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma ..I finished one episode and wanted to see the 2nd part, but all of a sudden I realise that the SAB TV doesn't have any list of serials inside...when ever I click on SAB Tv link, it only shows "You are not authorised to view this resource.You need to login."

why all of a sudden it asks for login ?
