Asha Bhosle responds to MNS
We had reported earlier in the day about the authoritarian message sent out by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) to Colors, Sahara One and the celebrated singer Asha Bhosle, against her participation in the musical reality show Sur Kshetra.
The singer has finally responded to the letter she received from the political party. We contacted Ashaji who said, " I love Raj Thackeray and he loves my songs. I am not involved in politics. I am a simple woman with a family who doesn't even have time to read the newspaper.".
Commenting on the issue, she added, " We Indians treat our guests with utmost respect. We believe in Atithi Devo Bhava and we should realize the meaning of the same".
